Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1small onion cut in slicr
  • 1potato cut in thin piece
  • 3green chilies cut in slice
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Freid patato onion and green chillies one by one and set aside

    Beat eggs add red chilli flakes salt black pepper and fried Vegetable

    Heat fry pan and add oil and egg mixture and cover it on low flame for 4 mints

    Flip the other way and again cover it
