Ingredients

  • 0.5 kgground pork
  • 1 cupcubed carrots
  • 1 cupcubed potato
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tbspminced onions
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • Tomato paste
  • 3 tbspsoy sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté garlic and onions and garlic, add pork, when turned brown, add 1/2 cup of water

  2. 2

    Simmer for 10 mins, add black pepper and soy sauce. Simmer for another 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Add carrots, potatoes and peas. Add water as needed not to dry the pork. After 5 mins, add tomato paste, mix well.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 10 mins.
