Ingredients

  4. 1/4 spoonFenugreek

    First wash rice dal and fenugreek.then soak for 4 to 5 hours.then blend until smooth and bubbly if needed at more water but do not make it thin it must be a ticket better if making in a mixer then transfer this to a large what if using a wet grinder. and you can just keep it in the container and continue.

    Make a thin dosa as we do for making plain roast dosa do not flip is seen it will getcooked.Cook in medium film to make sure it one start Browning use a clean kitchen scissors to cut the horizontal the middle of the dosa. Using a tongor your hands carefully roll the dosa as show in the picture. Doing over the tab itself saves time and easy to roll and maintains the shape as well but dosa ha to be crisp enough to hold the shape. Use oil or ghee while cooking to get crispy
