Ingredients

  • 1 kgwheat flour
  • 1/2 kgjaggery
  • 4 tbspdesi ghee
  • 2 cupwater
  • As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water,jaggery and melt it

  2. 2

    Now take a big bowl add flour, desi ghee, jaggery syrup and make the dough with the help of water

  3. 3

    Taie a small ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin

  4. 4

    Now heat the oil and deep fry it.
