Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and need in a daw using in a water divide the 2 iportions.roll out a thick bhaati circle.make marks with the khife.

Heat a tawa and cooked roti for approx 2-3 minutes on each side and remove. Panch roti uniformly throughout shown in picture again cook the roti over a slow flame for 5-6 minutes or till they turn gold brown in colour from both the sides using a a and e cotton cloth. When roti will be ready sab immediately with ghee and a subzi of your choice.

If you have any jali then cook bati on high flame and put bati on rack see in image
