#CookpadDessert Presenting to you, the delicacy which is made in India but it is equally savoured outside the country .I m sharing here my contribution on gulab jamun and combing the japaness dessert Dango.
Steps

Gulab Jamun: Make a dough and Shape into golf size and marble size for stuffing. Over a gentle heat deep fry in olive oil/ghee. When golden brown, remove, drain and dip in warm syrup.

Syrup: Boil together half cup sugar, half cup water, quarter tsp rose water, pinch of saffron and pinch of cardamom. Remove when it achieves one thread consistency.

For Dango: combine together one cup steamed rice with 1 heaped tbsp of sugar and 1tsp of saffron water. Shape into golf-sized and marble size, place in a steamer, and steam for 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.

Soy sauce: Boil half cup soy sauce, 2tbsp sugar and corn starch to thicken it.

Serve yummy gulab jamun with Dango twist
