Ingredients

1 cupWhipped cream
1/4 cupcondensed milk
4 dropsred colour
2 dropsblue colour
2 piecesjelly for garnish

Steps

Take chilled bowl and pour whip cream in bowl and whisk until it becomes stiff peaks.then add condensed milk.mix well then add both colours,mix well and set in freezer for 5-6hours.after that serve.
