Ingredients

  • 2 pcsleftover chapati
  • 1/4 th cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chilli and ginger (grinded)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1big boiled potato
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • As neededrefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take chapatis, put it in mixer jar and grind into fine crumbs.

    Take all the ingredients.

    In a big size bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

    Mix well and knead it like a dough.

    Grease hands with oil and make small cutlets.

    Add 2 tblsp oil in a pan and shallow fry on medium flame from both sides.

    It's ready to serve hot with sauce or chutney.
