Ingredients

  1. 2egg
  2. 2 tablespoonMilo (since i had no cocoa powder)
  3. 100 gLindt 78% Cocoa Bar (i did not have cooking chocolate)
  4. 1 1/2 cupself raising flour
  5. 2 cupsicing sugar (i did not have caster sugar)
  6. 250 gsalted butter (recipe was unsalted butter)
  7. 1 1/2 cupwater, hot

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, melt butter, low heat, add Milo, lindt chocolate, sugar and water.

    When cool add flour and egg.

    Pour batter in cake tin and bake at 150 degrees celcius for an hour.
