Golgappay (pani puri)

Add a mixer of rava, maida in a bowl and mix them with salt and water. Soak them for an hour.

Take small pellets and rub them like a chapati and then cut them in a small circle then put them in the oil to fry. Poori is ready.

Potatoes should be kept in the oven. Take the boiled potatoes and mash them well and chilli powder and salt with them mix well. Chop the onion.

Grind coriander, mint, ginger, tamarind liquid, salt, green chilli then mix it into the mixture and filter.

Add half a cup of water the mixture and mix well with cumin powder and chilli powder and lemon juice. Pani rasam is ready.

Add the onion, potatoes mixture and coriander leaves with pani rasam to serve. Golgappay is ready to serve.
