Ingredients

  • 4 cupswheat flour
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 2 tbspyeast
  • Lukewarm water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients and stir. Add water and mix to form a dough a bit thicker than that of puff puff. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place.

  2. 2

    Deflate the dough and fry till golden brown. Serve with miyan kabewa or any soup of choice.
