This coffee has been all over Cookpad this week, inspired by a Tik Tok trend, and I couldn’t resist trying it for myself. I’ve taken inspiration from Daniel Lin, 4m1deliEnglish and i_m_kashish who have all shared their coffees. My version is lovely but absurdly strong .... I may never sleep again 😂

Ingredients

1/2 mug chilled Barista oat milk
Coffee cream
2 tbspinstant coffee
1 tbspcaster sugar
2 tbspboiling water

Pour the oat milk into a glass.

Use a battery operated milk frother to whisk the coffee, sugar and boiling water together in a bowl until light and frothy. Then spoon on top the milk. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
