Cut the the chicke breasts into cubes

Lightly coat them with corn starch and deep fry them abd set them aside

In a different pan put 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 table sppons of white vinegar half a cup of sugar, orange zest of 1 one orange, orange juice from half the orange, apinch of salt, crushed garlic and ginger and stir continuously as you bring it to a boil

As the mixture boils added the fried chicken breast and keep stiring until the mixture is thick and switch off the fire.

Let it sit for a min, stir again then serve with white fluffy rice and sprinktle sim sim seeds to garnish
