This recipe is perfect for someone who has started their own sourdough starter and if you are like me and do not like throwing away any food away ( cuz while you feed/ refresh your started every day some of it need to be discarded off). So instead of wasting your started you can make pancakes.

3 servings

200 gsourdough starter
1/2 cupmilk
1egg
35 gbutter (melted)/ oil
1/2 cupplain flour
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbicarbonate of soda

Steps

Mix together melted butter with egg, milk and sourdough starter

Then add dry ingredients flour, soda and baking powder and incorporate very well.

Leave the mixture in a bowl for a little while and preheat the pan on a low flame.

Use a ladle to pour your pancake batter onto the pan.

For as long as I remember myself I loved delicious food especially homemade by my babushka ( grandma on Russia) and my mum... so I've developed my skills in my own kitchen and went to Manchester College to study patisserie. But I'm far from a big shot pastry chef. But my greatest joy about cooking and baking is to feed everyone I love and know.
