Take a grinder jar and add cumin seeds, black pepper powder, garlic, curry leaves and grind it to make a fine powder. Now add chopped tomato, tamarind. Grind it again to make a smooth paste.
Transfer the paste to a vessel or a pan, add water to it. Mix well and boil the rasam. - 2
PREPARING THE TADKA:- Meanwhile, prepare the tadka. Heat ghee in a tadka pan.
Add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, dry red chilli.
Once the rasam is boiled, pour the tadka, salt amd mix well. Garnish it coriander leaves add then turn off the flame.
Delicious 'Rasam | Instant Rasam Tea' is ready to be served.
