Take a nonstick pan add 6 eggs whisk well, add 1 cup of sugar,1 cup of milk powder and 1 cup of ghee mix well and cook on low flame Lastly add cardamom powder and keep stirring till the ghee separates from sides and turns brown in colour..

Now grease a tray with little ghee and remove the mixture in it, set it with spatula, garnish with almonds and let it cool completely, remove in pieces and serve.
