Take a bowl add self rising flour, salt, curd (youghurt) mix well make dough

Take some flour sprinkle on chapati roller or rolling dough mat

Now make each one ball to prepare one naan

Roll it a little in ovel shape then using a fork spoon u can add holes 4-6 or with knife u can add rough gashes

Take a non stick tawaf then add first naan let it cook on simmer flame for three minutes then flip to other side two more minutes then remove it and brush butter or ghee

Same procedure make the leftover material naans & enjoy with khorma or any curry of ur choice

Tip of the day: if u don’t have available self rising flour at home then u can prepare it at home easily.

I. E take maida and add baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ur homemade self rising flour is ready !!!!
