8 servings

200 grammaida/All purpose flour
200 grambesan/gram flour
200 grampowdered sugar
As neededrefined oil or ghee to knit the dough

Take a pan...put some salt in it and heat it.

Then give ur wanted shape to the nan khataayi and place it to a plate which can kept in the pan over the salt.

Cover it properly until it's not cooked.....by steam🤩 taaadaaaaa now it's ready to relish.
