Homemade Churros 😋😍

Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.

In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Mix well and make a well in the center.

Once the water starts boiling, remove it from the heat and pour it into the bowl.

Mix with a spatula until everything is well combined. The dough should be thick, not runny.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star or plain tip, whichever you have.

Heat oil in a deep skillet. When the oil is hot, pipe and cut the churros into the oil. Depending on the size of your skillet, fry about 4 churros at a time to prevent them from sticking together. Make sure the oil is hot enough—test with a small piece of dough first to check the temperature.

Place the fried churros on a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Then roll them in sugar, serve, and enjoy!
