Wash and soak tuar dal for 15min

Again wash and place it in cooker add water in it.cook open on high flame when become start lather in it remove properly

Now add necessary water and add turmeric,salt and asafoetida close the lid.and cook for 10min on low flame.

Open the lid add more boiled water if required.

Take a tadka pan add ghee add cumin,chilli and asafoetidawhen it start crackle pour it in pili dal.serve hot with rice or chapati.

You can add coriander leaves acc to your taste.
