Carrot Halwa (without milk/mawa)

Take a carrot peeled,washed and grate in food processor.

Take a pressure cooker put grated carrot cover with lid then one whistle flame off.

Take a wok put carrot, clarified butter and stir for high flame.

Then add milk powder, dry fruits, cardamom powder and milk powder stir them after edges released then flame off.
- 5
Serve carrot halwa.
