Dough preparation: Add eggs, salt, icing sugar, yeast, butter in flour. Knead it using lukewarm water and milk combined.

Grease the pan a little and Leave it for one hour for it to rise.

After one hour, Again knead it and leave it for another 15 minutes. The final shape will be as it is in the picture.

Roll it flat at around 1/4 inch thickness and cut donuts with the help of a dough cutter or any round shape lid. Leave it to rise for 15 to 20 Minutes. You can even use middle part too.

Glaze Preparation: Sift two cups icing sugar and 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Gradually add 4 tablespoon of milk to make it Of thick consistency. You can add more milk too if required.

Donuts are to be fried on medium to low flame and must be kept for ten minutes to cool before adding glaze to it.

For glazing dip one side in the prepared glaze and put it in the plate. Warm, gooey donuts are ready.
