This is very delicious and healthy recipe of breakfast .

First, take thick poha, wash it and soak it in sufficient water for 5 minutes.

Now drain the water and a.take a grinder. Add poha into that and grind it to make fine paste.

Now in a bowl take ground poha, then add semolina and curd. Then add salt and water. Mix all ingredients well. Cover it and Put it for about 30 Minutes.

Now take all chopped veggies and add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well.Topping is ready.

Now take a nonstick pan, pour 1 big spoon of batter on pan. And again pour 1 tbsp on pan. Add veggies mix on that and press well. Add 1 tsp oil. Cook from both sides.

Poha uttapams are ready. Make more uttapam with remaining batter. Serve hot with chutney.
