During this pandemic it is important to make sure you are sensible when it comes to food. Using up all your food before you go and do your next shop. Here is a sort of, throw it all into a wok and hope for the best and I can tell you, it worked out very well. The smell, the flavour, the health benefits! Delicious!

During this pandemic it is important to make sure you are sensible when it comes to food. Using up all your food before you go and do your next shop. Here is a sort of, throw it all into a wok and hope for the best and I can tell you, it worked out very well. The smell, the flavour, the health benefits! Delicious!

Pour some oil into a wok and heat up. Pour boiling hot water in a saucepan of the noodles and the flavouring powder. Boil noodles for 5 minutes.

Chop up the onion and spring onion and chuck into the wok to fry. Then chop up the rest of your vegatables.

Throw the vegetables and meat-free chicken into the wok to cook through. Eventually add the spinach.

By this time, the noodles should be ready. You must add the noodles into the wok and pour the noodle water in as well.

Cook until there is little water left then DISH UP and ENJOY!
