Ingredients

  1. 100 gsalted butter
  2. 100 ggrated cheese
  3. 100 gself raising flour
  4. Pinchpepper
  5. Pinchchilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Weigh out the three main ingredients with pinch of pepper and pinch of chilli.

    Mix all together

    Roll into ball and chill in fridge for one hour

  4. 4

    Roll out to 5mm and cut into shapes and lay out evenly on banking paper. Sprinkle with dried cheese. Bake at 180dc in preheated oven for 15mins.

    Take out and cool
