Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsuji
  • 1/3 bowlcoconut dessicated
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 6 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add butter curd milk vanilla essence and mix well.

  3. 3

    Let the batter rest for 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Bake it on 180° for 40 to 45 min preheated oven.

  5. 5

    Cake is ready to eat serve it with coconut chia pudding looks delicious.
