In a pan add 2 tsp butter then add maida and stir it well when maida before start turning brown add 2 cups milk.

Stir it continously until it makes a thick paste.

Add black pepper and salt and herbs.

In another pan add butter add corn and spinach mix it well.

Then add spinach and corn mixture in thick paste of maida.

Add grated cheese.

Your mixture is ready.

Take 2 slices of bread add the mixture and grilled the sandwich if u have. If not then use sandwich maker
