Ingredients

3members
  • 1 cupchickpea flour/besan
  • 2 spoonlemon juice or1/3cup Curd
  • 1/2sp turmeric powder
  • salt as required
  • For seasoning gram flour lemon turmeric powder and salt in a lar
  • 2sp oil
  • 2green chillies
  • 5-6curry Leaves
  • 1/2sp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2sp cuminseeds
  • chopped coriander

Steps

    1 gram flour lemon juice turmeric powder chilli powder and salt in a large bowel mix properly and make smooth better using a hand blender grease a large plate for backside of a thali or an aluminium foil with cooking oil and keep aside.
