I believe you don’t need much to make recipes—cooking is a place for imagination. With vegetables from our garden, we can create healthy and delicious dishes. My husband and little one love this meal.

Clean the beef ribs and beans, then place them in 2 1/2 quarts of water (about 2.4 liters). (We don’t eat pork at home, but if you prefer, you can use pork ribs.) Add the garlic and onion, and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Add salt to taste.

Clean and finely chop the bunch of green beans. Cover with water and add onion cut into thin strips. Add 2/3 cup water (about 160 ml) and half of the beef bouillon cube. Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the water evaporates.

Once the water has evaporated, add the 2 tablespoons of oil and the 2 eggs. Stir constantly until the eggs are cooked. Serve alongside the beef ribs and beans. (You might wonder why not cook everything together—cooking the onion first without oil keeps the eggs from picking up a strong onion flavor. It’s just a little trick.)
