I admit, I’m not a meatloaf guy but I had to do something with this meat... checked in the cabinet for a pan to make meatloaf but the one I had was pretty jacked up. No disposable aluminum pans, nothing. Until I came across this beauty.

Ingredients

1 hr. 15 minutes
6 People
  1. 2Lbs. Ground Pork
  2. 2Lbs. Ground Beef
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Bell Pepper
  5. Ricotta Cheese
  6. Garlic (Your Discretion)
  7. Breadcrumbs
  8. 2Eggs
  9. Black Pepper
  10. Onion Powder
  11. Garlic Salt
  12. Italian Seasoning
  13. Ketchup
  14. 6Whacks Worcestershire Sauce

Cooking Instructions

1 hr. 15 minutes
  1. 1

Prepare a meatloaf by combining everything in a bowl. The ground meat, the diced vegetables, bread crumbs and eggs. Season well, add the Worcestershire and mix well (With your hands. Get involved) and put HALF of it into your springform pan.

  2. 2

Spread a nice layer of Ricotta on top of that first half, then top it off with the rest of the meatloaf mixture.

  3. 3

Don’t throw this in the oven just yet. It’s going to create some grease leakage. Put a cookie sheet under it with a touch of water so it doesn’t smoke up the place. Bake at 350F for 50 mins. Take it out and cover the top with ketchup. Bake the remaining 10 mins. Garnish with Parsley. Let it cool down a little bit before loosening it up and playing it. It’s a statement piece!
