#WOKCOOKING I love to do cooking and love to try different recipes, found recipe of daal kachori and tried, my husband came and served infront of him, he didnot say anything, my daughter told him ke mama ne bnae hai, he said koi ni abu bakery se lae hai, she replied no no mama ne bnae hai and he was like ke tmne bnae hai really I thought ke abu lae hai thatswhy i didnot respond bht bht achi bni hai 😁 and i was like flying in the sky 😍😍 mehnat wasool 😍

First prepare your wok in which you have to make this yummy daal kachori.

In flour add salt, ghee and knead with warm water. Knead soft dough and rest it for one hour by covering in airtight container. After one hour knead again and make it's paira and rest for more 15 minutes by covering.

Boil moong daal by adding salt with 1/4cup of water, when all water dries blend it by adding garam masala powder and turmeeic powder. It must be dry in texture not be wet otherwise it will create problem in filling.

Make aloo tarkari with diced potato by adding salt, 1cup water, kalonji, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Cook on slow flame until potatoes tender. Now mash potatoes with wooden spoon and turnoff the flame. Garnish with green chillies.

Ok now kneaded dough is ready, daal for filling is ready and aloo tarkari is ready as well. Now take one paira of kachori, press it with hands take just 1tsp of daal and put it in middle of pressed paira. Now fold your paira from all sides and press it again and give shape of kachori. Never use rolling pin otherwise kachori phat jaegi 🙈🙉🙊

Make more kachories by repeating the same method and deep fry them in medium flame until it turn golden brown in colour.
