Paneer Bhurji with peas

Cooking Instructions

Wash and keep peas ready
Crumble the paneer with hands and keep aside - 2
Take ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds
When they splutter add chopped onion, Ginger and garlic

When they turn soft and pink add dry Masalas and stir well.
When the Masala gets aromatic add tomato and green chili. I add green chili to the grinder along with tomato and purée them together. - 4
Mix the purée and let it cook
Then add peas and cook them till the raw flavor is gone

Now add crumbled paneer and mix everything well
Cover and let it cook for 5 min more so that all the flavors blend together nicely. - 6
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti, paranthe or purée.
