Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsScrambled Cottage Cheese/ Paneer
  2. 2finely chopped Onion
  3. 2 Tomato Puree formTomatoes
  4. 1finely chopped Capsicum
  5. 1/2 tspjeera (cumin)
  6. 1Finely chopped Green chilli
  7. 1/2 tspGinger Garlic Paste
  8. 1/2 tspCumin Powder/ Jeera powder
  9. 1/2 tspKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  10. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  11. 1/2 tspCoriander Powder/ Dhaniya Powder
  12. 1/4 tspGaram Masala Powder
  13. 1/4 tspAmchur Powder
  14. 1/4 tspKitchen King Masala Powder (Optional)
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 2 tspOil
  17. 2 tspChopped Coriander leaves/ Dhaniya patta

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan and add 2 tsp Oil. Once oil is hot add Cumin seeds and chopped green chilli. Saute for few seconds

    Once Cumin seeds turn dark brown add chopped onion. Saute till the onions become soft and become golden brown.

    Further add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder. Mix and cook till masala are cooked with onions.

    After 2 minutes add tomato puree. Mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes add, chopped capsicum. Cook capsicum only for few seconds as capsicum taste best when a bit crunchy.

    Further add scrambled paneer, garam masala, kitchen king masala, salt and amchur powder. Mix gently and cover and cook only for 2 minutes. Do not over cook more after adding paneer otherwise paneer will become hard and chewy.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

    Serve hot with phulka, Naan, Tandoori Roti of your choice or use in filing of sandwich/ wrap. ENJOY!!!
