Ingredients

  1. 14 tablespoonssoftened butter (about 200 grams)
  2. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 250 grams)
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  4. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  5. 4bananas
  6. 1plain yogurt
  7. Vanilla
  8. 1 cupbrown sugar (about 200 grams)
  9. 2eggs
  10. Chopped almonds
  11. For the frosting:
  12. 1 packagecream cheese
  13. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar (about 100 grams)
  14. as neededMilk,
  15. Vanilla extract
  16. Almond pieces for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon into a bowl. Mash the bananas in another bowl and mix them with the yogurt and the seeds from a vanilla bean.

    Using an electric mixer or stand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar. Then, add the eggs one at a time.

    Next, alternately add a bit of the flour mixture and a bit of the banana-yogurt mixture. Stir in the chopped almonds.

    Pour the batter into a 9-inch Bundt pan and bake in a static oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool in the pan.

    For the frosting, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla in a bowl, adding a little milk until the frosting reaches your desired consistency. Pour over the cooled cake and decorate with almond pieces.
