Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRaw Rice
  2. 3/4 cupBasmati Rice
  3. 1 cupfreshly grated coconut
  4. 2-4tomatoes
  5. 2-4Green chillies
  6. 1 inchChopped Ginger
  7. 1 tspJeera /cumin seeds
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the Raw rice and Basmati rice together for about 5 hours.

  2. 2

    Grind the Rice with tomatoes, grated coconut, jeera, ginger, green chillies (as per the spice)and make a fine batter. Add salt as per the taste. Make the dosa :-)
