Cut Onion and tomato into small pieces.

Put oil in a kadhai add saunf and bay leaf when it splitters add curry leaves.

Put Onion and fry till golden brown. Add masala. Keep till tomato become soft

Add water and break egg and put it.cover with a lid

Turn and cook until done. Garnish with coriander leaves
