Ingredients

  • 500 gmmaida/All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspmangrela
  • 1/2 tspajwain/carrom seeds
  • 1/2 tspmilk powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix ajwain, mangrela, salt, sugar, milk with flour then add ghee mix well.. then gradually mix with warm water and a soft dough
