  2. 3 tbsprose syrup
  3. 1 tbspblack pepper powder
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 10-12ice cube
  6. 1/2 tspchaat masala powder
  7. as requiredWater for consistency
  8. as per tasteSugar(optional)
  9. ForGarnish-
  10. as requiredBlack pepper powder
  11. as requiredYogurt malai
  12. as requiredRose syrup

    In a jar add all the above ingredients together. Add water to adjust the consistency of buttermilk. In a serving glass pour the buttermilk garnish it with rose syrup, black pepper powder and malai of yogurt. Serve chilled.
