Put the suji in a bowl.

Add curd, onions, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt, chilli flakes, baking soda and cumin seeds in it. mix well & rest it for 10 mins.

Add water and stir well.

Heat oil in a pan.

Drop the batter in the oil with the help of a spoon or with your hands.

Deep fry pakodas till they become golden & crisp.

Drain out on absorbent paper.

Serve hot with green chutney.
