Take a pan and add Rice Flour, Besan, Maida, Baking Soda and Salt and mix well.

Now pour 1 cup water and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water again and mix until lumps get dissolved.

Now turn on the gas at low flame put pan on stove and ster it for 5min. The batter will start tighting.

And put the lid on pan and let it steam for 5min. Now turn off the gas and let it cool down.

Now roll the dough in uneven shape as desired.

Keep oil for frying on gas at high flame. Fry them on high flame for some time then lower the flame and let it fry till it turn crispy.

Pour masala as per your taste or you can add red chilli powder and salt to it.

Homemade Kurkure are ready to serve.
