For the dough take maida, pinch of salt, 1/2tbs oil and add water gradually and kneed the dough till soft. Cover this with a wet cloth for 30 min.

Take a pan add chopped garlic fry it till the raw smell goes off but don't burn it. Then add the cabbage, carrot, onion and cook in a low flame. Then add salt and pepper and mix it well.

Take a mixing bowl add besan, 1/2tbs salt, curd, black salt, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, chilli powder and mix it by adding water. The solution should not be very thick or very thin.

Divide the dough in small portion. Take a portion roll it to a circle. Add the veggie mixtur to the rolled circular dough and fold it as momo shape.

Take a pan for dip fry. Dip fry the momos. Then add the fried momos to the prepared solution coated them well. Pin in to the screwer.

Place a jali on the gass. Just roll the momo screwer on the gass flame from all the side.
