Am making a shift in my eating habits. This was our snack today, i have two daughters. I like to use whatever is available, and always think color when making a salad. You can make your salad too. Color makes it exciting for kids and the dressing adds a good flavor . #themechallenge

Am making a shift in my eating habits. This was our snack today, i have two daughters. I like to use whatever is available, and always think color when making a salad. You can make your salad too. Color makes it exciting for kids and the dressing adds a good flavor . #themechallenge
Steps

Wash your vegetables with running water. Drain.

Let the lettuce leaves and purple cabbage leaves sit in water mixed with alittle vinegar for 2-3 minutes

Grate carrots, slice cucumber
- 4
Drain lettuce and cabbage, Chop.
- 5
Plate them, sprinkle with sesame seeds
- 6
Mix all ingredients for salad dressing and pour over salad. Enjoy.
