I had some lovely button mushrooms that needed using up, so I made a quick stir fry using store cupboard ingredients for a quick lunch

Heat the oil in the pan then add the garlic paste and cook gently for a few minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook over a medium heat until the mushrooms are cooked and have released their juices.

Add the sauce and let it bubble for a few minutes. Then make a slurry (a thin paste) with your corn flour and a small amount of water and add that to the pan too.

Serve topped with the sesame seeds and fresh spring onions.
