Steps

Take soya chap add in hot water for 15 minutes till it get soft add salt bit

Take one bowl add melted butter add salt,tandoori masala,lemon juice,chopped Coriander,Turmeric,red chilli powder and capsicum onion and soya chap and merinte it for 5 mins...just put slits over soya chap so that marination get absorb inside

Now take one grill pan and heat it and put these chaps over and roast inesium flame for 5-7 minutes...take it out

Serve it with chat masala,lemon juice and green chutney..
