Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cuprice soak for 1 hour
  • 1 cuprava (suji)
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1 cupcurd or 2cup buttermilk
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 8-10curry leaves and 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Oil for making dosa's
  • Water if required to adjust consistency

Steps

  1. 1

    First Finely grind the soaked rice for grinding we can use water

    Now mix all the ingredients together in pot the batter should be in runny consistency

    Now heat the pan on a medium high heat stir the batter very well and being to pour it from the side across the pan in a circular motion pour 1tsp oil on the edges and little over the dosa

  4. 4

    Now let the rava dosa cook on low heat when the rava dosa base becomes crisp and golden remove it to the plate and serve with coconut chutney
