Steps

Boil chicken with shallots, ginger and peppercorns until tender. Set aside. When it is cold chop into small pcs. Dont throw the stock.

Boil macaroni pasta until half done. Wash and set aside.

Saute garlic and onion and all the veggies. Simmer.

Then add the chopped chicken, ham and pasta.Add the stock. Pour evap milk. Season according to your taste. Serve
