First soaked rice for 30 mins
Now in a pan heat oil add chopped onion and fry them until translucent now add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, whole spices mentioned above and bhunify for a while. - 2
Now on the other side take 1 cup water add coriander seeds and fennel seeds and boil for 1 min. Now strain and add all the fennel coriander water in masala. Add potatoes, peas, carrot, green chilli and cook for about 10 mins.

Add soaked rice and salt and cooked on high flame when water dries slow the heat and put your rice on dum for about 5 mins. And it's done...#vegetablepulao
