Soak rice, chana dal, urad dal for 6-8 hrs.

After 6-8 hrs. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies to it and make a fine paste by adding water. Paste should be pouring consistency.

Add jeera, hing, salt and coriander leaves and mix it properly. Add soda in it.

Take a wok. Add oil and let it heat. Now put one spoon of batter in oil. Fry it till golden from both sides. Serve it with chutney or any curry
