Steps

Beat egg than add sugar and mix well.

When sugar and egg mix well add flour and mix and than add milk beat with whisk very well.

When smooth mixture ready add pinch of saffron and set a side this mixture for 2-3 hours.

In a small frying pan heat little oil and this creamy better along with a cup or big spoon and fry it as u fry egg no deep frying.

Take out when edges become light brown now your malpuraa is ready.
