Ingredients

  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1/2 bowlgram flour
  • 1/2 bowlsugar powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 2 tbspsemolina
  • 4 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a plate add semolina, wheat flour, gram flour,salt,sugar and mix it

    Add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it

    Again add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it till dough

    Take the small ball from the dough and press it and cook it for 2 minutes in microwave

    Cookies is ready for serve
